I assume that you are still trying to keep Julie and Brinsley happy so they will stay till the end of the year. If so, then am I correct that we give them their vacation request and, contrary to Brice and Karen's e-mail, not tell them that if they leave early their vacation time will be subject to review?

Please advise.

Hi Darren,

J & B have requested vacation - 5/2/08 - 5/26/08 (16 days leave) intitled to 20 for the year. Would recommend that they be informed in writing that if they terminate their positions before the end of the year, vacation days would be reviewed, with possible pay back being required. Noting JE will need to be informed of the requested time as soon as possible
