Do you have any interest in pursuing this with Reenstra, who is looking for a 1.5% commission and can sell the helicopter immediately for $12.5 MM gross sales price (i.e., from which commissions have not yet been deducted), but to another broker representing a buyer and the broker is asking 2.5% in addition to George's 1.5%?

Good morning George,

My conversations last night with the client were very positive and I am now in a position to close the deal.

Could you let me have the following information at the earliest opportunity:

· Full helicopter specification

· Interior photographs.

· Where will we be able to take delivery of the machine in the USA prior to us shipping it to the UK?

· We would take delivery green and then get it painted in the UK

· I assume it will have an FAA Certificate of Airworthiness please confirm

· Where was it fitted out?

· Does all the aircraft fitted equipment have EASA certification? This is in case we want to put it on the British Register.

· Are there factory courses for crew and engineers?

· Can I have a copy of your draft sale contract?

· Our standard commission is 2.5% which would be payable to Starspeed.

· I understand from last nights conversation the price is $12.5 Million please confirm.

· Is it being sold to the existing position holder first and then to my client, or sold from factory direct to my client?

· What is the exact date that the machine is available to fly to the embarkation port.

I will call later this afternoon and I am sure as the day wears on I will have further questions.
