Here is a pic of JE's notes on how he would like the plans changed..
I will translate for you..
On the 15th floor..There should be only one master bath with one
enclosed toilet.Where "his bath" is currently, it should be 2 closets.
We should make "her WIC" into an office. We can get rid of the Foyer, as
he feels it is just wasted space, thus moving the bedroom door as JE
marked.
On the 14th floor, he thought maybe the current "TV room" could be
turned into the laundry room.
As far as interiors, he was happy with most everything. He didn't like
the guest bedroom's fabric colors(the browns and black leather and lace
thing) he also didn't like the idea of the guest bathroom's "accent"
wall. He thinks it will date it.
Also, the kitchen will possibly need to be reconfigured as to where the
appliances will go, etc..
