From Amerling. I will let you know when we have a firm date of ACOE
arrival. We have heard about such inspections in the past and nothing has
happened, but I would rather you know in advance of any such inspection.
I have already told John that, as part of his engagement
letter, he needs to provide a list of outstanding permits and approvals.
and a detailed schedule, step by step, of milestones that he must accomplish in
order to obtain such permits and approvals. He is preparing that schedule
and I have pushed him to get it for me by tomorrow.
