ACOE Permits

We have moved ahead in the process of unscrambling the permits for the dock, a matter which will have to be cleared up in order to get the new RO-Gen building  fully permitted.

 

We have a meeting scheduled with Army Corps on Thursday, October 11 at 1 PM,  effected in part by our asking their counsel to participate along with case manager Vivien Gerena and Amy Dempsey with settlement being the ultimate goal.

 

Amy Dempsey has been helpful and needs to be a player here regardless of some of her drawbacks. We need to bring photos of current conditions on LSJ to the meeting. I should like to take some photos on island with her on Monday. I will carefully control content and conduct. I am in daily communication with Darren on this effort.

 

I am also meeting with CZM on Tuesday on some of the same issues to set the table for the meeting on Thursday.
