FBO fuel purchases

I spoke with Eric, the owner of Executive Jet about the fuel
purchase at cost that you mentioned for FBO owners. He is not aware of any
organized group that performs that service, but said he would look into and get
back with me next Tuesday. He did say that it might be possible to
work out such a plan on a one on one basis with other FBO's. If the FBO
had charter airplanes that visited your FBO, then it might very well be possible
to do.
