Good session with ACOE; need to make some routine follow up filings locally and federally, then a public notice goes out 30 days, then comments are given back within 20 days and then permit is issued. The notice is required because the EAR submitted in April of 2006 added some items that were different from those which had been the subject of a prior notice. The local filings are needed because they want DPNR on the same page on the same track at the same time. I will sort this out tomorrow more definitively. The short of it is that we appear to be on our way.

On a separate note, Kraus Manning reported that its meeting with DPNR was successful; they are being required to re-file agreements to obtain a separate certification as a residential as well as a commercial inspector. The re-filing will not apparently take more than a week and will not require us to sign anything else. All this on the basis of a phone call taken in the airport on the run today. I will follow up with Tony Coffelt of Kraus Manning as soon as possible.
