FYI. Meeting with DPNR's Atty (brathwait) today at 2:00 pm regarding purported violation for intake line and barge landing bulkhead.

Met yesterday with dennis roderick who confirmed that he was contacted by jeffrey herman for info about masseuses and the names of other employees on the island. It appears that roderick spoke to herman answered some questions but did not give out identities of other workers or masseuses on the island.

For example, he confirmed that he was captain 5 or 6 years ago, took masseuses to the island but did not provide the names of any masseuses. Nor did he provide the names of any employees. Dennis did tell Herman that there is a masseuse association on the island and that Herman might try that for info.

Dennis claims that herman did not seem to know much and was fishing for information. Dennis claims he told herman a half dozen times that dennis had nothing to say and was subject to a conf agreement.

Dennis said that herman did not ask about particular girls or particular times.

Dennis said the conversation took about 5 minutes.

Questions asked

Did Epstein ever buy that helicopter. D said I know Jee flies in one once in awhile but I don't know who owns it.

How many and what kind of boats. D said Jee has several but I don't know how many

Just the one plane? Don't know

Names of masseuses. Did not give names. Said he was subject to conf agmt and that jee treated him well

Named of co-employees. Same type of response was given by dennis to Herman.

Did not ask about facilities on the island

Did not ask when and how often Jee came to island.

Did not ask if Jee came to island with anyone in particular.
