the tortoise has requirements...I can simply divert the delivery to NY and then you fly him in..or I can go the other route and deal w/fish and wild life..please advise
Jeff (The tortoise man) called to give me the status on your tortoise... we will have to speak with Ruth Gomez from the Fish and Wildlife Dept. on St. Thomas. A permit biologist may need to come to the island to "inspect" that the animal can be properly cared for and an enclosure has been made for the tortoise. So do i need to contact Miles to have him build a tortoise cage?
