I have spoken to my lawyers in UK and am planning to write to the Mail a warning followed up with a plan to sue pending your responses to the bellow questions. I feel that this way it will/might stop repetition of article as it did last time.. ..please call me so we can discuss.

1. If there is no new case,  or no new cases, or a case filed, then the article constitutes harassment. I have pulled bellow  the relevant bits of the article along with questions for you to ans so I can write a legal letter to the paper
2. If Virginia settled and has a gag order on her then the Mail have broken the law and can be sued for breaking the gag order and for mis reporting that she has not settled. Did she settle and is there a gag order on her? Relevant pieces of article is bellow in quotes
3. Clearly there is collusion between Virginia, the FLA lawyers and the paper and she and maybe the lawyers are being paid by the paper..do you have any information on this ? 
4. I am looking at the Mail for harassment also in my Wiki page – the Mail is paying someone to re write my page and this constitutes harassment – is someone called philip cross mucking about in your wiki page too? Let me know
5. Can you send me the file on Virginia that your lawyers have or what ever info you have on her  – her previous sexual harassment suits against others before she ever met you, her mother claiming she was a witch and a lier to the police I remember, her previous police records and arrests, drug use, alcohol abuse, abortions, skipping bail and tax evasion and anything on the boyfriend/fiance she was living with at the time she met you and any other pertinent information. Does she still have an outstanding warrant for arrest in the US?  Also anything you have on her employment. Working I believe at the age she claims she was at the spa is against the law and either she lied about her age to work at the spa or she lied about it for the benefit of the civil suit against you – either way she lied somewhere. What is her stated birthday on her passport? + want anything on her father or mother that was found to be relevant. How did she get into Australia and what lies did she use on that doc. Is she an Australian now? 
6. I am not going to pick apart each of the many lies but go for the gross and the easily proven ones..ie court case or not, settlement or not etc
7. The lawyer says that unless I nip this in the bud it will continue and possible become more salacious and disgusting and defamatory..more full of lies and innuendo. If I can have ans to the bellow and they are what I expect them to be it will/might shut the mail down he thinks - i.e. If there are no new filings or court case, Virginia case settled – a harassment  order  will be issued 

Is this true? Did Scarola file something 3 moths ago and what forthcoming trial is there or is there one planned to be or filed or about to be filed? On is this a complete pile of crock. What if anything does it refer to? Or can you give or have you lawyers give an ans to bellow that shows the mail misrepresented implying that there is a new case.
