the question was johns work, since john told me that three weeks ago he had gottne hardware for the gate.. john did not restain anything at tiki, he did not use pebble. he is a carpenter.. s

Regarding the status of the gate.

John Wertz and his team consist of : John as lead carpenter, cement and layout person, David is his assistant and also a painter. Gerry is a painter, Francis and his assistant Jeff are responsible for cement work, masonry and tiling. I assist as needed.

JE requested a list of projects that have resulted in the project not starting. Bearing in mind that this project was always stated as been last on the priority list, the following has happened. (Not necessary in chronological order)

1.Install Black Fin windscreen

2.Woodshop extension - prep area, cast the footings, erect the shed, build the trellis to hide the shed from road, construct the deck for storing wood.(Started 9/15/05 finished 11/3 per report date)

3. Shaded area design and send to JE

4. Blue and yellow buildings - repair screens and floors

5. Dining table chairs - install wheels

6. Great Room Speaker covers

7. MBR trellis install and partial dismantle

8. Gym cement polish, prep area for contractor to start

9. Dock underwater lights - lift and then replace wooden planks as required.

10. Flag pole Olive grove - build plant surrounds

11. Dock - install pebble surround

12. Main road entrance - install pebble threshold

13. Tiki house roof - replace the thatch

14. Tiki- Build extension of landing from kitchen to main deck

15. Tiki Restain the entire area

16. African Archer - Unpack and then prepare for moving and final placement

17. Dock - Repair dock light pedestals

18. Woodshop - Plan and repair leaks in the side walls

19. Pool area - Plan and prepare for shade cloth covering over seating area. We planned and bought the wood. Project canceled by JE

20. Parking area - Build sugar mill windows, stressed and stained.

21. Dock - Haul out and repair broken parts of the floating dock.

22. Road drainage -Install steel grates over road

23. Flagpole - Install new flagpole overlooking Dog Island

24. Helipad - Finalize design, prepare and cast new landing at heli pad, tile and grout.

25. Pool area - Remove light poles and relocate at a/c unit.

26. Pool area - close gap between walls

Pool area - Repair the existing tiles

27. Pool area - Paint in pattern approved by JE (Ongoing)

28. Dock carpet - Install new carpet on dock

29. General maintenance - For example: Main kitchen cupboard doors, sink repairs shutters broken, Main office floor lifting

30. Staff cottage - Repair the a/c ducting that hides the pipes.

Laundry - paint the a/c unit newly installed.
