You and I both know this was not the terms of my termination that were agreed upon.
You, acting as the agent for the company, clearly stated that I would receive one month's severance.
It is truly disappointing that this is the route you and JE have chosen to go.
I will have no choice but to look into alternative options of recourse.

Helen - I'm not sure where the confusion is - here is what I said to you - JE was giving you 1 month notice - this would be divided by you working 2 weeks and receive 2 weeks paid when you would not be coming to work..the times you would come to work would be the times you generally come in to 457 - not having to come to 65th - let me know what is the confusion..

Hi Ghislaine,
During our conversation last Tuesday when I was informed of being terminated you told me that I'd be getting one month's severance. However, I've just spoken with Rich today and he is saying that I'm due only 2 weeks severance. Can you please straighten this out with Rich?
Helen
