It was great to see you on Monday and I am glad to see that
you are keeping such a positive attitude. I am sure that you will prevail and
make the right decision on how to proceed.
Right before Ghislaine entered your office, you asked
me if we could start trading and the answer is yes. The lawyers will allow
Duncan and I to trade a managed account and the term sheet for the proposed
trade is attached. We are ready to trade with all the necessary infrastructure
in place and prime brokerage relationships up and running. We would like to
meet with you next week at your convenience and go through the term sheet
briefly to make sure we all are on the same page. Thanks again.
