We have no vacation policy for Lafayette and all of us are relatively newly employed. I have scheduled a trip on June 20 returning on July 1. The occasion is to celebrate my recovery with my family off island. The time period covers 8 work days. If it is too soon to take any time off I can and will comp the time starting this weekend. This trip is important to me and my family. The trip will not cause me to miss any critical activity here. Please let me know how you think I should handle this.
