Mr. Visoski,

You have not responded to reschedule the engine change as you indicated
below, however as previously discussed, we are in desperate need of our
Spey rental assets that are necessary to support other customers.

In accordance with the executed Lease Agreement for the Spey rental
engine currently installed on N909JE, penalty charges will commence 10
days after notification of customer engine completion. Hyperion was
notified 5/14/08 that ESN 8813 was completed and awaiting shipping
instructions.

Unfortunately, Dallas Airmotive has no choice but to assess penalty
charges of $1,000.00 per operating hour and/or an additional $1,000.00
per day commencing 5/26/08 that shall terminate upon engine removal.

Please advise of your schedule to remove the rental engine and preclude
additional penalty charges.
