Mr. Epstein,

 

I spoke with Darren today in your office and he tells me that George Reenstra is presenting another offer to you directly.  I need to know if I am the only authorized agent for the S76C++ and the Boeing 727-100 or not.  We have never needed a signed agreement in the past and if George is your choice I need to know so that I don’t get into trouble here at Bristol.  Again I have had several parties call me to question the exclusive on the helicopter and George continues to represent it in the market. 

 

Simply if you would prefer George represent you in the sale I fully understand but I need to know.
