Old Salary - Between $99,000 and $100,000.
Last year's bonus - $8,000
Last Year's profit sharing - $7,000
He pays $60 per pay period for health insurance - $120 per month
He has a 401K that the employer matches 6%
He gets a total of 4 weeks off total including sick time
He claims that on Pillsbury's web-site his employment package is valued at $129,000, including all benefits.
He can't start until January 14, 2008 - wants to give his old employer plenty of notice. He will come after work and work nights and weekends with Dave.
I told him to work out a transition plan with Dave.
I told him that we would e-mail him the details of the offer
I will run an oatman check on him today.
