S76 deal

This ia what we have, verbal offer of 12.8M, they Brazilian broker wants 3%, they can get the buyer to purchase for 13.184M but we would have to structure the deal for the Brazilian brokers to get paid from a different account, I believe the broker and the Chief Pilot are on the take in this deal, Sean believes the buyer is real and he has no idea of how much we are actually selling the S76 for.
please advise?
