Dear Jeff,

Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday.

To ring in the new year, I would like to take a minute to personally thank you for your participation in the CORE: community and for contributing to our success in 2007. I am incredibly grateful for your support and recognize that our success is a direct result of the commitment of our members.

I would also like to let you know about several significant and exciting changes that have taken place at CORE: which will position us to better serve you in 2008.

2007 was a watershed year for CORE:. We built upon our multi-year presence in the Hamptons this summer with the incredible SOCIAL concert series. We extended our presence to cultural festivals around the country such as Art Basel Miami Beach and the Sundance Film Festival. And we held over 150 cultural events including intimate conversations with noted art world figures like Jeff Koons, Academy Award winning performers such as Kevin Spacey, multiple Grammy winners Quincy Jones and John Legend, and bestselling authors Walter Isaacson (Einstein) and Ishmael Beah (A Long Way Home).

 

In 2008 we will introduce several new initiatives. In January, we will launch CORE: connect, a new experiential platform offering a compelling collection of member benefits and privileges, cultural and entertainment experiences, and a curated collection of iconic goods and services for every passion in life.  And throughout the year, we will continue to evolve our existing CORE: net and property platforms deepening the reach of CORE: into the best in lifestyle, culture and entertainment.

 

In order to better meet your needs and to aggressively position us for these new opportunities, I have significantly restructured our management team: 

Ø  Todd Asher will assume the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer, leading CORE: Property, Net, Connect and Shared Services to help us meet our aggressive goals.

Ø  Daniel Rabia will become Chief Financial Officer, working closely with the Financial Team and providing strong leadership, management and support to the entire organization.  He will also be responsible for overseeing our Information Technology.

Ø  Kathryn St. Andre will assume the responsibility of Chief Membership Officer, overseeing membership cultivation as well as communication and experience.

Together, Todd, Daniel and Kathryn comprise the CORE: senior management team and will report directly to me. Effective last month, Larry Spelts has left CORE: to pursue other professional opportunities. Chris Blyth will continue to serve as Director of Operations while we identify a new Managing Director for the physical property platform.

As we begin this New Year, I wish each of you and your families all the best for a wonderful 2008, and I look forward to seeing you soon.
