This picture is of a daily routine inspection of civilians by Yemeni police for terrorists wearing explosive belts.
Notice that the civilian is carrying a kalashinkov or an attack Riffe which is absolutely legitimate and normal to carry and walk with in the streets without a permit as weapons are considered as part of the national Yemeni attire !!!
