Tom Melnick is out on vacation this week and Rowles is filling in for
him. Prefer not to give Rowles a reason to walk out this week by giving
him notice. With your permission, I will wait until Monday and he is off
LSJ before giving him his month's notice. Obviously its your call, but I
want to make sure he does his job when Tom is absent and want to make sure he
does not Rabble Rouse while he is on LSJ. Please advise.
