New bathroom

Dear Jeffrey,
I understand your frustation, may be because I understand also what frustation is. Basically what you say is true, but there are missing some elements that might as well change the meaning of what you are expressing to me.
I have followed your requests (and ideas) through 3 projects for the main house, all of them quite different on their concept. Two of them were situated were the library building is, and the last one at the top of the triangle. All three of them had very valid points, none was fully developed, because of the changes of direction. (Just to remind you a week ago you O.K. your bedroom suite, her bedroom suite and livingroom from the 1st project). In the meantime, we have done covered pool, infinity pool, spa, guests, new guests, new kitchen, enlarged kitchen, theatre,(with Gensler and without),back pool, front pool, etc.etc. I think you have experienced my well disposition and that of my staff, you have never had felt that I was not taking care inmediately of your project. At the same time, just to remind me, perhaps, you have a project for your diningroom and oval room for 72nd st., the library building with all the interior "bibliotheque",(monster project of details), the chateau de Guermantes,not just meetings and negotiations, but the entire "relevement" in order to start a project, the hotel Lambert, with all our work with Batiments de France, the dock,the security ,the blue and your new office building with the design of the interiors, the interiors for your house in Palm Beach,etc. etc. Most of this projects had been modified a couple of times, and again, although most of them are kept just as projects, I would like you to consider the amount of work that this is. Truly ,Jeffrey, I have no problem giving another turn to this matters,but I wish I can have a clear concept of what you want and not to hear from you when something does'nt please you, that the 10.000 plans from houseplans.com are so much better than any of what you have seen, or , asking your friend Motorola how to do a bathroom or a kitchen!
When I hired the two firms,(not an easy task), I was looking for people who had done a little more than 10.000 house plans, a wider scope that could include theatres, restaurant (profesional kitchens), large scale buildings, etc. Sorry,evidently a misunderstanding.
I will be happy to prepare a project for you of your bathroom,but as I am taking a week vacation, what about in 3 weeks? J.P.

So there is no misunderstanding I am putting my thought in writing.. please confirm receipt.. I have asked you for over a year to get help with architects that have signifigant house building experience. when your people left , I encouraged you to please find competent staff.. I have asked since october for you to provide me with a portfolllio of houses that anyone you engage must have.. I have received the brochure that has the dresden back and a restaurant. for one , and a clubhouse for the other.. I have not received a rendering of either plan , For over a year I have asked for spa details, you responded, Jeffrey don't you trust that I can build a spa,, yes, , I trust you,, but until today I don't have even an image. you have promised a nursery layout to Julie and Brinsley for the past six months . THere is not one rendering of any main house plan since 8 months. I want to be clear,, I want to re-do my current bathroom. I cannot wait three years to have a decient bathroom, I have already waited 2 and a half. . 2 toilets 2 sinks a steam , shower, , with glass looking out to the cove. I would like threee options, and presented with materials in two weeks time.. I have no main house plan, no finalized library floor plan, no landscape plan,, all which have been repeatedly promised , and not delievered.. I delayed the presentation of the main house until nov 26, it is 6 weeks since, and have nothing at all since. nothing.
