the humidity of 80-90 % in the caribeean makes it very
different from moorish and moroccan... there the
courtyards are cool in the evening , as the cold air
settles in... in the caribean the dampness, weighs ,
unless there is an outlet..... please pass on these
comments to juan pablo... in florida where they have
tried this at the boca raton spa.. they had to
introduce air conditioning the outside,,, as the
humidity was unexpected... they put air conditioning
vents in the fuax oudoor coulumns withe not much
success in the end... the house should be on multiple
levels , but should I beleive follow the countours
more closely.. service and privacy should be
acheivalble/// in addition,, please pay careful
attention to the amount of dirt and mountain that have
to be moved... for both permitting restiricitons and
feasibility..... they do not allow dynamiting ,,
easily/// and the top of these hill are volcanic rock
