Please advise me regarding the attached employment/labor proposal from Miles. Once appropriate staffing is determined, Rich and I will determine which of LSJ or Island Grounds will be the employer of each of the personnel discussed.

Subject: LSJ staffing
Greetings
During various discussions with JE, some staffing concerns where raised which I agreed to address. One area was to reduce the number of people reporting to me and secondly to ensure correctly qualified people are in the right positions.
- Heavy machine operator. To reduce breakdowns, employ a further qualified operator.
- Boats. Employ a boat person that can ably assist Carlos with boats and boat handling. The current guy is good only for cleaning and basic boat duties. Once a replacement is found, the older person will be moved to landscaping.
- Carpentry. I have asked Bruce to take over the responsibility for maintenance. He will need a qualified handyman plus assistant. John will work with me and Brinsley on projects.
- Landscaping laborers. I believe that we will require an additional two laborers to fill gaps left by employees who have left.
- Irrigation supervisor. George has indicated that he would like to take over the irrigation responsibilities. Julia has indicated that she would be more than happy to take over the landscaping maintenance team that George currently supervisors.
Please advise if JE is in agreement with the above.
Regards
Miles
