If you have a way to communicate to whoever is in charge at Elite, you may want to tell them that you think that their law firm is going to bill them to the maximum in this Elite case! (in the sense of making as many hours as possible out of everything).   I just received a multi-page pleading on a matter that could have been easily resolved with a brief telephone call – (the lawyers are being assholes, in my opinion).  Maybe they are being instructed to be as litigious as possible, but if they are not, then Elite is certainly going to have a surprise when its legal bills arrive from that firm.
 
Also, did you try to call me Tuesday?  I received a message that sounded like a French voice – could have been Etienne?  Please let me know.
