explain to your mom that the
process takes a long time because Kevin has to
consult with 7 different people
in order to give me any response. Kevin promised to
follow up with his
clients and to get back to me as soon as he can.One other thing . . .
If you do not mind, may I request clarification
about something? As a
matter of strategy, don't we need to secure the
essential business terms before
negotiating the finer business points and legal
details? Isn't it better to
get Kjaer to commit to price and a description of
land to be conveyed before
pressing him and D'Amour about the legal refinements
I have already requested?
I ask because I thought that you previously
chastised me about this when you
thought I was negotiating legal terms before
finalizing the main business
points in Limitless's agreement relating to Isle de
Sol.To save you unnecessary agitation, I like to be able
to anticipate your
wishes based upon previous issues you raised with
me. Wasn't the issue of
"primary business terms first" one of those times
when you specifically raised an
issue with me so that there would be no repeat
behavior? Can we go over this
when you get a chance?Thanks.

We ultimately decided that going in the record with a writing was not
the best thing for us to do. This was especially true given the ferocity
and extent of the opposition to the czm application aired at the
hearing. Instead JE and I thought it best for me to meet pesonally with
Austin Monsanto, head of the czm committee, and to convey our sentiments
