file.
To respond to your question relating to the banks, we
already have borrowed 13 millions euros and the French Banks do not like to
grant a loan if they are not guarantee in first
rank.
Of
course, it would be possible to find a French bank to be funded by, but it would
take a lot of time, and it would be very costly and
disadvantageous.
As you
asked me yesterday evening, our project to use the 4 millions euros is as
follows:
You
will find attached a board of expenses for all the investments which we must
make very quickly to allow us to concretize our technological
advance.
This
board of expenses describes the technical developments to
do.
It is
necessary to add to this board the expenses for the deposit of the new patents,
and the difference between the granted amount and the expenses announced in the
board will be
used to fund the maintenance of the current assets (team of researchers, payment
of the licenses, maintenance of the patents, helps with the drafting of the
patents), because our incomes from post-production for feature films are not
sufficient to satisfy these needs.
Of
course, this operation will cost us more than 4 millions euros, and while we are waiting to be really operational on the mass
market, we are ready for the digital signage market which is a market which can
be very important and which will allow to have very important incomes during the
necessary time for the development.
Indeed we should have the first orders for digital signage before
the end of the year, and we are very close to reach an agreement with the
followings firms:

Marionnaud, where we have already made a test during the last six months,
a decision should be take on November, 22. (Attached is the project approved by

Clear Channel, we have worked with them during the last summer to
integrate our screens into a special furniture we carried out with them

Paris-Expo: is about to join our project and should validate our

Louis Vuitton where we already made a test, is studying our file; we are
waiting for their response after we sent them a quotation (attached is the
quotation).
