Jeffrey,
Attached is a new patent of a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), or what I call an Infinitely Variable Transmission. I sent this out to Ford Motor Company soon after I received the patent. This past April they patented one that is almost identical.
Cerberus Capital now owns most of Chrysler. I see that Chrysler is probably the last manufacturer that does not have a CVT and is still using 40 year old transmissions. Do you know of anyone in particular I could send this to at Cerberus Capital?
BTW – I was at Nautica inspecting the tender for Roman Abramovich’s yacht. While I was there, Franco told me you are now interested in an outboard version and 50mph is not important anymore.
