Tomorrow we are having a design review meeting
principally on the office.
Last week Mr. Epstein pressed me to get moving and
we are. I have involved
the Maguire Group in this conversation. They have
given me a proposal for
services which is attached. In the interest of
expediting this entire
effort, I have indicated that we would pay them for
their time spent on the
phone at the rates indicated. The call will settle
scope. I will then
develop a budget for the approval of Mr. Epstein
before another nickel is
spent. I ask that you forward this message to Mr.
Epstein to keep him
abreast of these matters.

This has come together quickly, I realize, but I
believed that he wanted me
to act immediately. I have been unable to wrap this
up to this extent and
get all the parties together until today because
Friday and Monday were
holidays here and Monday was a holiday in
Massachusetts and New Hampshire
called Patriots day and Douglas Stine went to Paris
on Saturday and will be
calling in on the conference call tomorrow from
Moscow.

disciplines

d. RR: coordinate efforts of all parties

5. Inventory of Existing Conditions:

(1) Electrical Sources, Backup and Distribution

(2) Water Sources, Backup and Distribution

(3) Wastewater treatment

6. Establishment of Party by Party Task List
7. Look ahead to main house development
8. Establishment of Design Development Team
   Communication and Meeting
   Protocol
9. Establishment of Master Schedule of Activities

We did do some staking and survey work today. I will
e mail results when
