I am pleased to tell you that Ms. Petersen just called me to say that the balance of the CZM modification permit had been approved. This covers the indoor pool expansion, the locker room and phase I of the infrastructure. As indicated in the earlier message today we are moving forward on the building permits for these buildings. The locker room requires engineering expenditures. I am sending a proposal to Darren for initial review Asap. The building permit process is underway. There was a pause in the activity because we wanted to investigate concrete. The beams had to be designed as spliced to deal with transportation issues. There are some details and approvals which Molyneux needs from you.

CZM review of the library application is underway. I will revisit that process with Ms. Petersen to get a better handle on when that review can be concluded.
