Darren, Yes we did speak and I indicated that since I did not have the drawings in question in front of me, I would gather them and get them to Jeffery. That is in progress. I am not taking the issue lightly since we have invested heavy in the process, but many of my group have been gone for the holidays, and I need assistance in compiling a complete. package. I understand that Jeffrey Epstein sent you an e-mail nearly two weeks ago summarizing his many complaints with your firm's woefully inadequate performance and requesting the return of his deposit by the end of 2006. I was surprised to learn today that you neither returned his deposit nor responded to his e-mail. As your silence appears to confirm, you have no justification whatsoever to keep that deposit. On behalf of Mr. Epstein and LSJ, LLC the immediate return of that deposit is demanded.
It would be my preference to resolve this matter amicably, but, as you must know, we are prepared to proceed more formally if that becomes necessary.
