This is a dealer making the offer in a back to
back. I don’t like these transactions as I don’t know the real purchase
price. This is supposed to be a Brazilian buyer.

I think the sale rice should be higher than
$12.5 given lead times for a new one and our activity level.
·
I think the deposit should be increased to $1
million at the signing of the contract.
·
I do think the $300K initial deposit is a bit
low bit I am ok with it.
·
Ideally the really end used needs to be
indentified { think you may need this for OFAC rules}
We go continue to get a lot of calls on the
aircraft. We do get push back comments about the price but I always hear
that no matter what the market conditions are. I think the buyer is
likely paying $13.0 maybe more for this aircraft. Business Aircraft Leasing
is openly referring to the legal issues surrounding the seller as told to them
by George Reenstra and a Sikorsky salesman. I immediately and repeatedly
have responded that is nonsense and complete irrelevant. I do feel this
may be a real deal but I also feel we need Darren’s usual thoroughness to be
certain.
