Hi Nicole
We've enjoyed your visit very much and I'm looking forward to work with you, if you agree, on Reporty and potentially other Israeli investments as well.
In regard to Reporty I would like to propose three elements:
1) Entering (in coordination with JE) with .5M into our investment in Reporty.
That has to happen within the next few months.
2) Becoming a member of an advisory board that will be established in Reporty in 9-12 months.
3) Once we set out to the marketplace, in 4-6 Q's, we can consider the possibility and terms of taking advantage of your rich experience and positioning in world markets.
Please let me know if you are ready. If your answer will be positive we have some technical steps to be taken to get you fully informed and set the terms of your involvement with Reporty.
In regard to other possible activities in Israel I would like to hear from you whether any of the start ups we've seen in TheTime are of interest for you. And whether you're interested in seeing more of this arena or other business arenas in Israel.
