tell charles thanks,, I also don't understand how the first set of mcgirei drawings for the office can be any less than the new set, inf act the new set should be much cheaper as the infrastructure is the same

How are we doing with the modular home progress. Did you get the info you needed from Doug? Can you develop a task list and time schedule for this as well?

Doug has been in the Bahamas leaving today.

He has yet to read my E-Mail outlining the information I require

We reviewed the agenda and Doug has much to do

On mechanical building that was thought good to go they now see it is not

The generator room shown on Karr drawing is 2,304.00 feet sq

The generator room for Two shoes is 25 x 15

The generator room for Abigail plantation is 30 X 15

Placing 3 generators as shown on Karr drawings with clearances as Two Shoes or Abigail plantation will take under 1,000.00 ft sq versus 2,304.00

I do not believe there is a requirement to have tanks placed above ground in a room there could go another 2,500 ft square of building

The placement of a cistern inside the building and the size of the cistern are questionable a 1000 square foot portion of the structure

There are massive footings and foundation walls that can be eliminated

27 foot wide footings by 2-6 thick ,

25 foot high by 2-6 thick retaining walls

talk about crazy

Consistent with your approval of the location of the R/O-Utility Building, we shall confirm the program, adjust the size and configuration to suite the program, perform value engineering to provide a building appropriate for it functions, having schematics of the proposed building draw for review and approval, will provide budgets and schedules based on schematics for further approval, will obtain proposal for required architectural and engineering services to produce working drawings, obtain approval for services, provide updated budgets and schedules as plans are progressed, commence construction upon receipt of appropriate construction documents and client sign of on budget and schedule. A meeting with the Maguire Group is scheduled for Wednesday the 14th of March to further the process

We are preparing a layout, scope, schedule and budget for utility work on the eastern side of the island for your review and approval early next week. Upon your approval we shall progress this work. Permits for this work are in hand.

We understand the design for the office building is close to being signed off .Upon sign off the program is for Doug to negotiate an appropriate contract with The Maguire group to produce the working drawings. Should there be an approved design development plan by next Wednesday the issue of cost to provide services will be added to the agenda
