Transitioning IT

I am assuming you are aware of my departure on Jan 4,
2008. If not, sorry to put it in an email. Let’s talk
further.
January 14th, my replacement will be starting,
Bill Murphy. From now till that date I’ll be working with him
closely to transition all that is IT. He will be coming in late evenings,
etc. to discuss and tour and… After the 4th I will
remain on full time salary for two months, per JE, to consult with Bill on
anything that I may. After that time we will discuss new arrangements
should you still feel my services necessary in a reduced capacity or at all.
FYI, my departure is not an easy decision albeit well
thought out. It is always my hope to remain, while distant, close to the
firm. You’ve all been great professionals and friends.
