Bob,, yesterday's conversation , was disturbing in many respects, the smallest of which was you called me on dec 13, to withdraw from the project and a meeting set for only 5 days from now.. In october you said" I will see you on the 13 of November, I have a partners meeting intomorrow could you pay the expenses.. I agreed, and wired out the money within, 1 hour.. You then did not show up, on the the 13 th, and said it wasn't confirmed, but you were free on the 18 of december.. We discussed the irrefutable fact confirmed by John Amerlin, and told to you on many occasions that the work recieved to date, was except for the cut and fill calculations.. totally useless.. YOur associates came to the isalnd and after waiting three weeks as oppsed to the agreed two, I received a trail and road guide that had the bicycle parth going oover the cliff and the nature trail going thorugh my garbage dump.. SPerate and apart, from marking the roads already in existence with marker, against our agreed objectives, there is full consensus on the carelesness, of the material.. You had agreed, and said I wouldn't be charged.. , but should pay for the work done.. After taking two weeks,to provide me with what you said was the work you again, against our agreement sent the trail, guide, with the statement , but ABe wantied me to.You described a planting plan that came along with it.. bu when asked to go thorugh it with me, you said I don't have it in front of me.... I am disappointed by the lack of progress, and would have enjoyed working with you personally, as I realize you are a competent professional.. HOever, I cannot simply , let you keep money paid in good faith as a retainer, on a very large job, simply because you say, TIme was spent.. That is unfair.. My time was spent and my project signifigantly delayed by your firms actions. I hope to resolve this amicably, please return my retainer by the end of the year.
