I already spoke to cecile today. She spoke to matthes who told her to wait until the notice is issued.

I also went to Lafayette today and had john call attorney Patton to find out the status of the retraction of the commissioner's letter regarding the modification of the minor permit. Patton told us that she drafted the letter that janice hodge signed off on it and that the letter has been submitted to the commissioner for signing, but Patton does not know if matthes signed it yet. This happened after cecile spoke to matthes so I will ask cecile to find out status.

Cecile is scheduling a meeting With john, matthes and louis Penn for the first week in march

I received a call from Attorney Braithwaite moments ago. He initially wanted to change the meeting to next week. He then paused to say why do you want to meet? I told him that I wanted to have him go over the permit violation issues in your presence so that we all understood where we were going. He replied that he had already told me and Doug on the dock all that needed to be said. He said that they “were preparing” a notice of violation and the time to talk would be after it was issued. I pressed him to tell me when and how much and he became quite adamant that all talk would have to be postponed until after the notice was issued. This is a person who does not like to be pushed so I backed off.
