As I discussed with Rich the other day. A big part of my frustration with john and the reason I keep harping on the qustion of john's competence with you is john's repeating pattern of untimely response followed by incomplete, unprofessional, or otherwise faulty workproduct. Can you tell me why it took 3 weeks to have the survey done and then two weeks or more to get this ridiculously inadequate survey report that I could have prepared in an hour merely from personal observation and some guessing. John told me that this "survey" cost approx $4200. This was the person john recommended for the survey job.
