Dear Jeffrey,
I revert to you further to our meeting to respond to your questions.
1) First, regarding "CARREFOUR": We installed 193 screens in stores. Each screen
broadcasted 3 commercials per week. CARREFOUR invoiced each commercial 1,500
euros. (It is important to know that there are 16,000,000 sales tickets a week)
So the calculation is as follows:
1,500 € x 3 commercials x 104 weeks x 193 stores = 90,324,000 euros
Regarding the agreement between CARREFOUR and ARTISTIC IMAGES, we should have
perceived 25% of this turnover.
In addition all the commercials were made by ARTISTIC IMAGES. The advertisers
(for example L'OREAL, PROCTER&GAMBLE, UNILEVER.) paid ARTISTIC IMAGES directly.
The turnover for this activity amounted to about 12,000,000 euros.
We could do the same operation with WALL MART, and it is, among others, on this
point that we see a possibility of an immediate co-operation with you.
2) Regarding your second question, in order to help us quickly, we own three
commercial buildings estimated to about 21 millions euros (1,780 square meters).
The main problem for us is the loans I made for ARTISTIC IMAGES.
These loans amount to 13,000,000 euros plus expenses. You could take a mortgage
on the buildings for 20,000,000 euros. With this sum I could pay back the loans
and it will be the end of our concern.
The rest of the sum will be used to finalize our works.
This operation can be made on Saturday or on Sunday to our notary located in Paris
(Avenue Victor Hugo).
Please find attached the signed agreement with CARREFOUR as requested.
