Hello and Happy Holidays! As we begin this joyous
season, I have many
exciting things to report about The Club.

First and foremost I want to thank all of you who
have been so wonderful in
giving and continuing to give feedback about The
Club and the services. As
your Core Consultant, I absolutely want to hear all
of your thoughts both
positive and negative. The Club has always been huge
on member feedback and
that philosophy is certainly something we continue
to encourage, especially
during this period in our growth. We want to know
your thoughts so as to be
able to make your experience the best it can
possibly be and communication
is the foundation of how that happens. Based on what
you and your fellow
members told us was The Club able to make the most
recent changes to enhance
your time spent here.

On that note, several of you had informed us that
you would like the option
of having your guests be able to settle charges for
meals and or drinks. We
can now do this by having your guest fill out one of
the attached forms.
Please note the cardholder would need to provide the
card number, dollar
amount or type of service they are authorizing to
their card, their
signature, and a photo copy of the front and back of
the card. We hope that
this will encourage you to entertain here more often
now that this option
has been made available to you.

Also, Jennifer Jackson, who many of you may remember
as being a spa
coordinator, (generally in the men's changing area)
has been made our new
In- House Reservationist. If you require any
reservations (ie: dining,
cultural programming, spa, fitness), please feel
free to contact her
directly at reservations@thecoreclub.com or by
calling (212) 486-6600. She
will be happy to assist you with all of your
requests. I ask that you please
cc me when emailing her so that I may be kept "in
the loop".

The holiday season at The Core Club is getting quite
busy so if you
contemplating having your holiday party at The Club,
especially with our
lower pricing structure, please contact me soon. I
recently have had a few
members have some exciting events here that went
quite well.
