condition is very good/workable for corporate use.
That said the house does
not have commercial zoning and is currently being
used for a non profit
organization (the American Federation of the Arts)
so it could only be (at
least officially) used for his foundation. Also
Jeffrey may be interested to
know that the house is built almost full and has
very good scale and
attractive outlooks.
