Furrther to our telephone conversation of 06 Dec, attached hereto please find my initial analysis and offer with respect to the Bon Jovi Tour.


The variable costs attached show:


Fuel @ US$ 3.25 per gallon   (This is the average of our current contract fuel with Phoenix Fuel)
Total =  US$ 194,675.

Crew Hotels =  US$ 77,735.

FBO/Ground  Handling/Landing Fees/Parking =  US$ 80,431.

Crew Salaries, including Per Diem =  US$ 134,750.

Total Variable Costs =  US$ 487,591.

Owner Costs (FIXED):

Aircraft:  US$ 50,000. per month X 2.25 months =  US$ 112,500.
Insurance:     20,000. per month X 2.25 months =          45,000.
Maintenance/Parts:  40,000. per month X 2.25 months = 90,000.
(based on 24 month maintenance interval)
Total Fixed:   US$ 247,000.


Total:   US$ 734,591. plus margin at 12.5 percent or US$ 91,923.

Grand Total:  US$ 826,514.



IF, (and its a big IF) Bon Jovi Tours was willing to accept this figure, your yield, on a per hour basis would be

US$ 16,530. per block hour.


Excluded in the costs above are:

1- The costs to bridge the aircraft to part 125

2- All S, G, & A costs, i.e. your admin costs such as your offices, hangar, training, Jeppesens, your
    staff salaries, crew uniforms, aircraft supplies and  commissaries, shipping, communications, etc etc

3-  Ferry flight in/out of tour; this would be charged to the customer at direct costs

4-  De-Ice, Catering, F.E.T. and other taxes, Nav Canada Fees, Immigration/Custom/Agriculture
     Fees, and fuel escalator, i.e. costs of fuel above US$ 3.25 per gallon. ALL OF WHICH WOULD
     BE BILLED TO THE CUSTOMER AT COSTS.

5-  P.F.C.s (passenger facility charges) and other airport taxes, again, we would bill the customer
     directly for these charges.


IF Jeffrey has any interest in this PROSPECTIVE offer, I would like to speak with him or you ASAP as
The Bon Jovi Tour must make a decision on or before 15 Dec on the aircraft needs as their tour leaves for Japan on the 16th of Dec, and they will be overseas until they come back for the US tour in
beginning March.
