I have some thoughts on sale of our S76C++, as you know JE approved a net 13 million and delivery in Jan 5th 2008 to new buyer if George can produce one.
Chris Shurkus at Sikorsky has read the news papers and is aware of our situation, he said Sikorsky is in support of us and our needs. Sikorsky is interested in our current machine to sell to an off shore buyer also.
I think we need to negotiate the price ASAP on Air Ghislaine II, in the attachment below, price they are asking for is $12,240.000,,,compared to our current price of 10.3M.
scenarios:
option #1 - Sell our current machine for 13 Million and take a 2.7 million profit. and hope Sikorsky will sell us another machine for same price, there is a 8% price increase to current S76C++ ordered now.
Option #2 - Let Sikorsky keep our current 76C++ we operate till Jan 5th, and order a New carbon copy of the current model and deliver in 2009 for 10.3M.
