Dear Professor Dershowitz:
I am writing an article about the Palm Beach police investigation of Mr.
Jeffrey Epstein. His lawyer, Jack Goldberger, is on vacation and cannot be
reached.
Would you be able to comment on his behalf?
My questions are as follows:
Did Mr. Epstein engage as alleged in the police affidavit in sexual
activity with any minor or molest any minor or solicit sex from any minor?
Did Mr. Epstein solicit prostitution as charged?
Did investigators working on behalf of Mr. Epstein or his attorneys harrass
or make contact with potential wintnesses in either of the above cases?
Did these investigators pose as police officers?
Did you attempt to discredit the reliability of potential witnesses prior
to or during the grand jury hearing?
My deadline is six pm Friday EST.
I will be most grateful for any assistance you are able to give me.
Sincerely,
Sharon Churcher
