i spoke with Larry who advised me that Jeffery may be using the 92 on or about the evening of the 19th for a trip from Brussels to Paris.

there are a number of issues and solutions i need to make everyone aware of and then i will proceed as directed

the 92 is currently in heavy maintenance and will need 4 days to to return to flight status, therefore we must direct Harrods today as to the action to take. ( this time of year is when we normally perform the heavy maintenance)

Because of weight restrictions the 92 can not land in Paris at any location between 11 PM and 7 AM. Based on the current flight profile that is a conflict as the trip starts at 1 AM.

Harrods has a new 76C++ ( the same as Jeffery is purchasing) which can be made available and because of it's weight ( considerable less ) can land in Paris at Le Bourget. ( this is what the French are saying , i believe it is correct but we are double checking )

The cost to charter the 76 would be approx 20K USD however i THINK i can get Sikorsky to swap the hours against the NYC time ( 20 hours) they gave Jeffery at the time of purchase.

this 76 is the quietest in the world so it would be interesting from a sound standpoint. I am assuming not more than 6 passengers. The crewmembers are all well qualified and meet our requirements.
