RE: Conversation
Thank you for your synopsis of Mr. Molyneux’s concerns
about my information request. I am rather saddened with the
responses I have received from you over the past two weeks regarding information
I would like to provide to Mr. Epstein. I have never before been told
from a vendor that I cannot have details for something we have purchased or
made deposits on. Then when photographs and financial data are requested I
am told that they will take two weeks to obtain.
Doug, earlier today I asked you for backup of the
all expenses on the Fancelli summary and you stated that you cannot provide this
information as it will consume countless hours of your time. I then
mentioned that Fancelli would be providing this information and you told me
that no one has ever asked for this and everything you have provided to date is
more than any other client has ever received. What concerns me about your
inability to present this backup is the true accuracy of what you have already
provided to me. It would seem logical that all that backup of these expenses
were required in order to prepare the summary I received. Unfortunately it
is this type of communication that has led to the trust issue here.
I strongly believe that Mr. Epstein is entitled to a detailed
analysis of work performed to date for the library and pool woodworking
deposits he made in December 2006. In addition to detailed invoices
I would like to see a copy of your wire transfer documents evidencing the two wires
to Fancelli in the amounts of 1,050,000 and 379,500 Euros.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Thank you

Dear
Rich
Mr.
Molyneux is currently in Paris going into the Elysee Palace but he wanted me to
reiterate our concerns about your request
- This is something that we do not
do at Molyneux Studio (supply backup documents for vendors budgets).
The list that was given to you is even more than what we have done in the
past for other clients.
- If the project is not being
cancelled why is this documentation necessary since the whole amount will
be used at one point or another?
- There seems to be a trust issue.
Best
Doug
