It was starting to leak oil from the seals in the valve push rod tubes. To remove the tubes you have to remove the head.  I use a shop in the east village that specializes in old English bikes.

Since the head was going to be removed, all of the gaskets (engine and rocker boxes) , and piston rings were replaced.  The valves were reseated.             Better than new!
