Subject: Historical Performance of the Fund's Strategy
Jeffrey,
Bruce Jaeger passed along your
request for a “two-pager” summarizing the historical returns from our fund’s
investment strategy. As you will see, the attached document explains the
variety of research conducted by me and sell-side research departments which
supports our target return of 20% with limited risk in the form of only 10% of
the fund’s assets exposed at any single time. These figures also comport
with my investment returns running a similar portfolio at Silver Point
Capital.
I have tried to summarize our full
marketing presentation, which I believe you received from Ghislaine
Maxwell. Please feel free to ask questions of Bruce at (917) 494-7447 or
me at the numbers below. Thank you very much for your interest. I
look forward to hearing your reaction to this
material.
Regards,
Duncan A.
Yin
