Darren and Rich,

I received a call from Chris Shurkus, we still owe the 100K for our S76. Please advise if we are going to pay, also Sikorsky is MAYBE willing to relive us of the Second S76 order and refund our 2 million dollars if we elect to keep the present S76. However I have no negotiating power if we do not pay them what we owe.

Chris is willing to help in any means but is getting heat from his president on our final payment.
