Stearns account of THe Family Trust : there will be
no shares remaining in LHW's
account at Merrill Lynch, 514,634 certificated
shares in LHW's account at
Smith Barney and 667,553 shares (of which 630,092
are certificated) in LHW's
account at Bear Stearns.

Is this acceptable? Please advise.
